Glue down planks 900x190x6mm high-density cork planks Our cork plank moves back toward a traditional, warm look but with a unique structural format. At 6mm thick, these planks are considered a very good option for balancing durability, cushioning, and soundproofing.
Our cork planks are bevelled and designed for a straightforward, professional finish. Their
precision-cut squareness makes them incredibly easy to lay, ensuring tight seams and a uniform look across your floor or wall.
To deliver a superior result with even less effort, we offer an optional pre-gluing service. By applying the adhesive to the reverse of the plank, we eliminate the mess and inconsistency of manual gluing on-site. This high-quality factory application guarantees a better result— stronger adhesion and a perfectly level surface—making it the ideal choice for both DIYers and professionals seeking a premium, high-density finish.
For a high-quality finish and to ensure the pre-glued backing bonds perfectly, the sub-floor must be prepared to a high standard. Whether you are laying onto timber or concrete, the surface must be clean, dry, level, and structurally sound.
The "Gold Standard" Tip
Regardless of the sub-floor type, the area should be level to within 3mm over a 3-metre radius.
This precision, combined with the squareness of our tiles, ensures your floor looks like a seamless, high-end architectural feature rather than a DIY project.
When choosing our high-density 305x305x6mm cork tiles, you have the option of Raw
or Pre-coated
finishes. The best choice for your project depends primarily on the condition and levelness of your sub-floor.
Pre-coated Cork planks
Our pre-coated planks are designed for a faster, cleaner installation but require a smooth and level sub-floor. Although these planks cannot be sanded after they are laid, the sub-floor must be flat to prevent any lipping. Due to the length they are bevelled to achieve a high-quality, professional result, we recommend applying one final coat of water-based polyurethane across the floor once installation is complete to seal the joints. We supply the compatible primer and Contact adhesive to be trowelled out on the sub-floor as well as coatings to finish the project.
